Diretcor leaving!!! what do i do?? how can i get her back???Please reply asap!

ok so here's the story...
my director/friend/totally awesome actress is quiting her job where i act.she's the best director anyone could have and she's leaving all of us actors at the foundation&we have no where else to go...she didn't give much detial why but she just can't leave! please help if you know any way of getting her back!!!

You should try to talk to her, and if she has to leave for personal reasons, then there is nothing really that you could do.
