I am teaching a poetry lesson using the lyrics of Hey There Delilah. I was just wondering if anyone more familiar with the song than myself had any ideas to add about the meaning.

Dont pretend to be the real Delilah, please. If u are the real one, u should be dissapointed of tom, cos he's good guy though :D
