Singing, Dancing, acting, Oh My!

Singing, acting and a little dancing are carriers that i hope to achive. Right now i'm just a student, part time swim instructer, unpaid lead singer in worship band, and an actress in it for the experience. Singing as been something i've always done weather it was in the rain, when no one was loooking, in front of a crowd or with an instructor. Singing is something anyone can do, just not always well. My secrets to singing are great facial expression, use of your diaphram and having pure fun. Acting is a lot like singing you use your diaphram, have great expression but there's much more to it. The first two major rules of acting are to have images and to listen. Now when i started around ten i really didn't have much of an idea what that ment. When you have images you must have what is called a "fourth wall" block at the real world seeing what is on stage but don't forget to draw the audience in. When you listen you must listen to the actor and director that you are working with. You can say "I'm wonderful on wednesday with you at wall street walkway" a million different ways however, you will only know the correct way if you listen. When i am acting it's like the world doesn't exist anymore and i can just pour every heartache, every joy, every hate and every emotion i have into it. The pain of the world and difficult work is all forgoten and worth it when the curtains go up and you walk out on stage opening night. When i go on stage my heart goes crazy and i take in a deep breath because i know i'm supposed to be there and my heart will never leave. Dancing is something that needs two things, heart and sole. Without great passion comes great failure. Dancing is something else that i've done for what seems like forever, but mostly when no one was looking. I'm just beginging to take a jazz class however, i also know some ballet, break, and hip-hop wich is kind of what jazz is a blend of. Although I am just begining to take dance classes i could not do it without a passion and persaverance. With all things you must give your heart and sole to succed. Wether it is singing, acting dancing or just doing what you like to do; do what you love to do and do it with a heart not letting anyone or anything keep you away from it. Things can get caught in a blurr but never give up.
